What this site is

These pages describe our products and what they currently do. They are provided for information and are not an offer to contract. Product statuses on this site are kept current deliberately, but a description here does not by itself form part of any agreement between us.

Supply of products

Supply, evaluation, licensing and support of Xtractor products are governed by a separate written agreement. Where anything on this site conflicts with that agreement, the agreement governs.

Intellectual property

The content, design and software of this site, and the Xtractor products, are our property or that of our licensors. You may read, print and share these pages. You may not reproduce them commercially without our written permission.

Accuracy

We take care that statements here are accurate at the time of writing, in particular the status of each product. We do not warrant that every page is free of error, and product capability continues to change.

Governing law

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this website, are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.

Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and you and we each agree to those courts having jurisdiction.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on the content of this website. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
