Why a separate device
Plenty of operators cannot put a camera-equipped personal phone in front of a customer's assets. The policy is the policy, and our Secure Tablet has you covered.
- No personal device on the floor.
- Nothing else installed. The tablet does one job.
- No network, so there is no path for connectivity from the tablet.
How the record gets out
The ledger is exported by the operator, deliberately, via USB — the same way you would hand over any other record. Nothing is uploaded and nothing syncs in the background.
Same workflow, same record
Every deployment runs the same workflow and produces the same immutable record. A certificate backed by a tablet scan and one backed by an app scan are the same document, with the same evidence behind each line.
